I would think that now is the time to start making nominations for the board, and raising any points that need to be on the AGM's agenda (those things that need a group vote). Part of that though, is knowing what board positions are needed (though we could nominate people for any position if desired), and any issues that the exec needs to be discussed. I for one would prefer some time to think over such issues before voting on them.
