Just out of curiosity, why not the Vice President?  I understand you are
saying that Szemir has decided to stay on, but if someone were to be
nominated for the position, wouldn't a vote need to happen?

I'm not trying to be a jerk here, just trying to make sure I understand
the process as defined by the current exec... :)
