This is exactly what I'm looking to do, as most people at CLUG always seemed to be more the hands on type. And lets be honest, nobody wants to see a powerpoint (OO Impress, whatever, they all suck) presentation.
I'll do a basic demo, hopefuly with Windows, Linux and Mac clients. Show some of the admin side, then do an upgrade so that people can see what's involved with that too.
