This is something that I thought we should have pinpoint a couple of months ago. Since we normally do about 4 installfests a year, let's pick the dates now and make our advertising efforts pay off. Instead of promoting one date, we can promote all the dates.
Someone who has been around longer than I have might be better at picking dates that would give us a good turn out. Here are some of the criteria that I would consider. Summer months are generally out - people have plans. One in September before classes start at the universities and mount royal. Does Sait start a month earlier? One in June before the summer hits us. One a month before Christmas. Since we have been having IF on weekends, half should be on Sat and the other half on Sun to give everyone an opportunity to participate.
