I am sure that you have all seen the announcement of 235 patent infringements, but when this article said that this was Microsoft raising the white flag and that the war was over I was intrigued to read further. The author states that the war of FUD against the technical people are over, that they can no longer use FUD to discourage IT types from using OSS.
