********************************************************************************* Shift Networks is looking for a VoIP Systems Administrator. Position Summary: You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining a VoIP Platform. You will coordinate with other departments at to ensure our servers and services meet the needs of the company. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Design, secure, install, monitor, maintain and document all of our VoIP related platforms * Assisting with the development of new products. * Assisting with code releases; troubleshooting issues that do or do not relate to code releases; testing and accepting code changes * Install and maintain servers based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Solaris 9. * Documentation of architecture, design, procedures, checklists, and other system related documentation. * Proactively monitor server systems to ensure optimal operation and uptime.
