I just discovered something in K-mail that I didn't realize before and thought I'd share it with the world in case someone didn't know this.
If you have selected (or hi-lited) text in an e-mail that you had received and hit reply, only the selected text shows up in the reply e-mail. It doesn't appear to happen when forwarding a message. Cheers! Neil B.
