I don't pretend to have more than a passing familiarity with the details of 
this case, but I seem to recall that this ruling will be bad news for MS as 
well, no?

Looks like the D.U.H. moment for me. Like allmost anyone with some formal 
acquaintance with the computer industry knows that Novell, and not SCO owns 
the UNIX thingy. So Anyone with SCO shares to sell ?
