I am running apache 1.3.37 on the latest whm/cpanel build with mod_security, and on CentOS 4.5, but I also need to install the unique_id module (see error below). Is there a way to get this installed/built into my running system without rebuilding apache from whm since there is no option for unique_id in the "Apache Update" options. I am also reluctant to rebuild apache from source since its all integrated with whm/cpanel.
I have the apache 1.3.37 source so is there a way I can build the unique_id module without rebuilding apache? I am also running the mlogc logger for the remote Mode Security Console and so thats why concurrent logging is required. Error: mod_security: Audit log: Concurrent audit logging requested, but UNIQUE_ID not found. Please activate mod_unique_id first.
