I had worked for a storage company, NAS products. Certainly NAS will
work with Windows/AD for CIFS, and CIFS is the major part. But I am
far from a Windows guy, that is sad when I try to look for a job. I
need face the reality.

I am a Linux fan, but I don't hate windows. I can see the big
difference between a commercial NAS and a opensource NAS (the
commercial NAS may base on opensource,  but there are still tons of a
coding and testing behind it.), which is important to the end-users.
raliability, easy-configure.
