On behalf of CUUG, the Calgary Unix Users' Group, I would like to invite your group to have an exhibitor's table at CUUG's annual Open House to be held Tuesday, February 26, 2008 from 6PM to 8:30PM at the University of Calgary. Admission and refreshments are free. We hope to attract many students. The CUUG Open House format has an Exhibitors' Room and a Speaker Room. A new speaker begins on each half hour. We may need a second speaker thread. This is an opportunity to advertise your group to a wider audience and meet with other computer groups. CUUG would further invite you to make a 20 minute presentation on a topic of your choice. To make planning easier, please reply before February 12, 2008 indicating whether your group will man an exhibitor's table, make a 20 minute presentation, or decline to participate.
