$160 gets you a 4.3 touchscreen GPS with audio/video playback, good (several hours) rechargable battery, Bluetooth. Processor is 400MHz Arm, with 64MByte Flash/64MByte RAM and SD-Card slot. Maps of Canada are a bit grotty in rural areas, but around town they seem OK.
