They are not that bad to work with from an administrators point of view
(Server 2003 is actually a decent product... for 2003).  Sometimes I
even enjoy working with some of those products (Group policy really
helps you to become a BOFH).

Having said that, it is simply the state of things.  There are a bunch
of Linux opportunities in town, you just have to be a little creative in
finding them.
