This is a personal note to all that attended the last monthly meeting
held on April 2,2008.

I am not speaking officially for the executive right now, but I wanted
to apologize to everyone who attended for all the challenges that
occured on that evening. I particularly want to apogize to the 2
gentleman that attended for the first time that night for a bad first
impression and as well to the other gentleman that I hit with the
DVD...that was just stupid of me and I felt absolutely terrible about
it. Maybe I can make it up to you sometime at another event with a
coffee or something?

As far as the glitches experienced, not only was the notice posted late
(my bad) but the subject matter changed at the last moment and I just
wasn't organized in leading it. My only explanation (not exscuse) was
that this was the first time for me leading a meeting and I did not have
a clear agenda set out. This issue will be rectified in the coming
days.

While we can't always control what happens technically, the technical
and hardware glitches we experienced were just BAD! There was way to
much dead time and things should have bene properly set-up. I don't
blame Gustin/Kin for this as they stepped in at the last moment when the
previous topic fell through.

To everyone that attended (26 in total...awesome!) thank you for
attending and for the 2 new people I hope you will give us another
chance to WOW you!

There are some great plans and ideas in the works and the exec (among
others) are working hard to try and create a better organization. If
you have an idea or a project you might be interested in starting or if
you just want a way to contribute and help out with existing projects,
let us know so we can either help you start something or find a place
for you.

As always, we are always available for comments, suggestions, ideas that
can improve what is already an outstanding group.
