I use site5 for web based applications (they are a web host that gives
me ssh access).  I use KSK to co-lo a physical box of mine.  They do not
do backups or anything other than give you rackspace and some IPs.  For
Calgary they are very reasonable.  The catch, they are not multihomed,
just a large FiberLink pipe.
