If you push thought to the site you can see that they are already moving to
a cms... which by odds is likely open source at least.

A cms is likely the best approach for them not only from a security point of
view but also from a flexibility point of view.

In any case... from what that says, they're already on that road.

You know.. this might be a great oppotunity for someone in the Linux 
community to contact them and let them know about FLOSS has to offer 
both them and their Business people.  Maybe if they can see how it 
directly it benefits them, they would be open to advocating to business 
people as well.  SOmething to think about....
