Hi Greg,

You're right - we've had a very good deal for a very long time, close to
5 years by my count.  Devry has treated us well and for that I thank
them.

Now I'm looking for another very good deal(tm).  I need to go through a
facilities search process where I'll prefer Free to Paid but location
relative to members is also important.  That's why it'll be important
for members to speak up on the 4th so we know where in the City to
look.  

We've got people coming from Nanton so I'm pretty sure they would like
it moved South.  We may also have people coming from way up North. Once
we get a grip on where our members are coming from we can narrow the
search somewhat.  That way even if we do have to pay we don't have to
pay and have most members drive out of their way as well.
