Two posibilities off the top of my head. 1) Multiple Contact folders within Kontact, don't know whether this is possible 2) Autorun like behaviour when card is plugged in/auto-mounted, which would cause contacts folders to be sync'ed. You can tie a specific SD card to a specific mount point, or mount it via it's unique ID (look in /dev/disk/by-ID/).
