I've seen old blog entries that say Bell (CTV, BNN, Comedy ch, + other) checks 
the OS and will not play any video unless OS is MS or Apple.  They were a few 
years old, but it appears to be what I am experiencing, which should be the 
same for all Linux users unless they are running a "OS spoof" utility...
