Praise the Lord & pass the penguins around...another of the lost souls
ha been saved! Can I get an Amen!!! ;-)

Seriously though Juan...I know I personally appreciate the apology as
I am sure others do as well. Being one of the people who challnged
you & thought very mean & nasty things to do to you...I appreciate the
gesture.

The challenges you presented at the time are very similar to a
majority of the people out there, and for the most part they would
rather walow in their misery then try and change the problem. In
other words...They would rather complain about how unhealthy a Big Mac
is then order a salad.

I can speak to how much the Xandros distro on the eeepc's does suck.
After looking at a couple distros (easy peasy & eeebuntu) I went with
the later. I skipped UNR as I have a first gen eeepc (4gb) & feared
it would not support it. I can't recall whihc version of eeebuntu I
am using but I have been happy with it when using it (mostly on
vacation). I plugged in the external drive & played music... the ipod
connected up fine, email browsing & everything was all as simple as
ever. Wireless just worked!

I am glad you tried out something new & that you learned from it &
that you have seen the light (LOL). I wish more people would get past
their prejudices about things and be willing to try something new. If
you want to go back great... that is your choice...but at least be
willing to try.
