Adobe is planning on releasing it eventually. From their site:
When will 64-bit versions of Flash Player 10.1 be available?
The 64-bit versions of Flash Player will not be in the initial
release of Flash Player 10.1. We remain committed to bringing
native 64-bit Flash Player to Windows, Mac, and Linux in the
future. There are plans to replace the now closed Flash Player 10
for 64-bit Linux prerelease
<http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/64bit.html> with
a new release built on Flash Player 10.1.

It wouldn't work here - apparently the released version does not work with 64-
bit browsers, and there's no 64-bit version available yet.
