I bought the bundle today.

You get a code which you can use to download all of the games for each
of the three platforms (Win/Mac/Linux.)  There are separate tabs for
each of the platforms to avoid confusion.

"Your download links are below, and they will stay there for the
foreseeable future"

So you can download the games for all three platforms if you want, and
download them as many times as you want.  They do mention they prefer
that you keep and use your own hard copies though (for bandwidth
reasons.)
