Just want to mention, almost a month ago I installed debian-testing-xfce+lxde onto my eee pc and also upgraded my IBM Thinkpad It was a painless experience and upgrades have kept working out for me. Seems debian testing has reached a level of competence where the program apt-listbugs was able to help aptitude make the right decisions. So debian 6 may be close.
I will not be able to make it to the meeting tonight because of another commitment. Mel On Tue, Jan 4, 2011 at 3:08 PM, Richard Carter <[email protected]>wrote: > Thanks for the tips.
