As long as you have python installed, you should be able to use
youtube-dl from the command line.
# wget --no-check-certificate \
https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/raw/2011.01.30/youtube-dl
# chmod +x youtube-dl
# ./youtube-dl -t 4K23LHcCMj8
