The SOPA support definitely played a part in the switch (I know they've
'withdrawn support', but that they were for it in the first place bothers
me a lot). I was tired of their bad support, their use of sex to sell their
services, and their awful, AWFUL hosting controls on their site.

Regardless of politics, they are still a pretty crap company, and staying
with them when there are better (and cheaper!) options is either laziness
(my case) or approving of bad business practices. I've been with Dreamhost
for just a few days, and I'm already quite pleased with my hosting plan.
