Using Debian Squeeze I can't view some sites using Iceweasel 3.5.16. I can view it with Opera, so I know the site works: http://straightrazorplace.com/content/
>From what I have read Iceweasel 3.5.16 is getting too old for some sites, so I downloaded firefox-16.0.1 and installed it in my home directory. That didn't solve the problem so I removed sun- java6-jre and installed openjdk-6-jre and then tried to install icedtea-6-jre-cacao, but there were conflicts with that. I did install icedtea6-plugin, but that didn't resolve the problem. I have the following programs installed at this time: i A gcj-4.4-jre i A gcj-4.4-jre-headless i A gcj-4.4-jre-lib i A gcj-jre i A gcj-jre-headless i openjdk-6-jre i A openjdk-6-jre-headless i A openjdk-6-jre-lib I also have flashplugin-nonfree installed. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? If I can't resolve it with Firefox, I guess I'll have to try installing Iceweasel through backports. Is this a good option?
