Lyryx Learning Inc. is a small Calgary-based company providing online
learning solutions to colleges and universities in Canada and the U.S.
Our site runs on a number of Debian servers running Tomcat.
We are currently looking for a system administrator to develop, maintain
and support our infrastructure in cooperation with our director of
technology.
Educational requirements are flexible, but the applicant should have a
good aptitude for and interest in the following areas:
- Debian server setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
- network/firewall configuration/maintenance
- workstation setup/maintenance
- web browser setup/troubleshooting, including some end user support
This position offers an excellent learning opportunity for a junior to
mid-level applicant. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications.
