        Add some transition start/end messages so that support can track things
        a bit easier.

        CMAN: Initiating transition, generation 7
        CMAN: Completed transition, generation 7
        
        Slave messages:
        CMAN: Started transition, generation 7
        CMAN: Finished transition, generation 7
