Hi,

I already worked on the osx backend last year with clutter 1.5.2 and added the 
device manager and did some fixes.
It has been refused to take it into the main rep because I worked on it with 
Xcode and
mixed up the demanded coding style.
So.. In October it worked. I did not try it with the latest release of clutter, 
but maybe it's worth a try.

Sure enough, clutter/osx/clutter-device-manager-osx.h is not in the 
distribution.
