you can, though you'll probably have to compile Clutter yourself and/or
package it for the target platform. Clutter is available on other MeeGo
verticals, and it's still available on the MeeGo OBS instance.

AFAIK, the MeeGo table image is still running on X11, and Wayland is
scheduled for a future release.

Clutter-Qt is mostly dead, and it was just for embedding a Clutter scene
inside a Qt application. there are no plans for its further development.
