Ok, 

Try adding /apps/sofa/modules/rhythmbox/active[boolean] = true
and /apps/sofa/modules/intVideoPlayer/active[boolean] = true
(like the /apps/sofa/modules/dummy).

Tell me if it does it for you.  I guess you should have error message
when launching sofa-config, but not sofa because they are not enabled...
