Cool stuff.

Some quick notes from me (I will provide better feedback/patches when I
have more time).

 - It doesn't say which version of clutter it targets ? I would base it
on 0.6 (i.e trunk), there should not be that much API churn now before
release (Hopefully Jan).

 - In terms of '2.5D' - essentially clutter actors are 2D layers which
can be positioned and transformed in full 3D space.

 - I would explain effects before behaviours. They are much easier to
grasp.

 - Are you set on the current visual styling ?
