Yeah, that sounds like a good idea, I could have a go at that. It's
quite a chore to set up the environment though because most of the
packages that Tor provides have hard-coded paths in the pkgconfig
files like c:/devel/... I had to fix those up by hand. I wonder if
it would be worth making a script to download the right packages and
rewrite all of the pkgconfig files?
