The code so far is mine, so all bashing should be addressed to me (which is very welcome, as this is my first code that creates gtypes). So this is the start of an SMIL actor for clutter. Lots of things are of course unimplemented, but things like showing images and video work. Also there is a working timer implementation, though simply done with g_timeouts.
