Unfortunately, GLX windows are not composited correctly with the Intel
driver. You will see similar deficiencies using any composite manager
(e.g. metacity or kwin with compositing enabled, or xcompmgr). As far as
I'm aware, GLX compositing only works correctly with the nvidia binary
driver, but don't quote me on that. You're also likely to encounter
similar problems with XV surfaces.
