Wow. VERY impressive, and cool concepts ! Designing widgets within graphics editors is indeed a very natural and powerful way of thinking controllers and widgets... (i use raw clutter primitives for this, mainly ... rectangles or images ;) I see you're using an external xml parser, isn't it somewhat redundant to what clutter-cairo does (or doesn't it expose similar features)?
