[clutter] Building clutter-gtk errors

I'm getting the following error when trying to build (make) clutter-gtk
(ubuntu 8.04)

gtk-clutter-embed.c:48:34: error: clutter/clutter-main.h: No such file or
directory


I have successfully built and installed clutter 0.8.
