Unfortunately, this very article has no official value: it's merely a roundup.

Indeed, the embedded GLAMO graphics chip boasts hardware 3D
acceleration, yet no GLES implementation is available on the
Freerunner [1] (nor announced). They are currently working on a mix of
EFL and Qt stacks.

The moblin project relies on clutter for it's current launcher. You
may get your hands on such devices [3] quite soon...
