Unforunely Gmail doesn't allow send archives with batch files inside, so
rename attachment file to clutter-0.8-vc2008e.zip to unpack.
Also you should create 'gtk+' folder. Then you should put 'include' and
'lib' folders from GTK under 'gtk+' directory.
You can take them from gtk+-dev or gtk+-bundle at
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/gtk+/2.12/
Thx! I'll look into that as well, to see which makes most sense to
package into our repository.
