I was attempting to mirror a texture drawing with cogl_texture_rectangle by setting tx1 > tx2 and it drew normal for me. Upon investigation I noticed COGL is actually reordering my texture coordinates so that tx1 and ty1 are always the upper left and tx2, ty2 are the lower right. I know I could just as easily push the cogl matrix, scale -1 on the x axis, and then pop the cogl matrix after drawing, but that's a lot less performant. Does anyone know the specifics as to why cogl inverts your tex coords when theyre backward? Is that method of mirroring not supported on all hardware perhaps? Cheers, David
