I don't know any good designer for clutter yet. Does any one know about that?

I don't know any image navigator written in Clutter now. But you may take a
look at Hornsey, a media player implemented in Clutter. It has a slide bar
which could move back and forth to show 'Overview' or 'Details'. I am not sure
whether it meets your requirement. You could install a Moblin image to see it.
Btw, Moblin also have a Calendar in its Accessories.
