Disclaimer: My knowledge on Android is close to NULL :)

Still.. here are my two cents.

For Android you have to port all the Clutter dependencies(glib,
pango-cairo, opengl) to Android. It won't be that easy as it sounds.
You work on Android so must be aware of the fact that Android doesn't
use GNU C library instead it uses its own Bionic C library.

Another obstacle will be the EGL surface that will take a lot of
effort too. For more info on this go through the following email

In the end, from my point of view, its not totally worth porting
Clutter to Android. If you want to develop 3D apps on Android then use
the existing 3D Android Java classes.

Other open source mobile platforms (i'm aware of) which uses clutter
are Moblin, Maemo, Ubuntu Mobile.
