[clutter] problem of start angle of clutter_behaviour_ellipse_new function

Hi,

I used clutter library (version 1.1.3) to compile the 
"full example" of "Programming with Clutter" web.

I found the start angle (with 0 corresponding to 3 o'clock), however 
it is 12 o'clock in clutter library reference manual(version 1.1.2).

Is the result right?
