In which way do you want integrate Hudson and CTest? 1) CTest would feed Hudson 2) Hudson would launch CTest and collect the output? Someone did develop a cmakebuilder plugins for Hudson http://schneide.wordpress.com/2009/11/09/cmake-builder-plugin-reloaded/ may be you can ask him whether if there is something pending for CTest.
