The test allows your copyright to be in there. I've fixed it to not require the Kitware copyright for initial contribution. I also tweaked the syntax in your notice to pass the (new) test: http://cmake.org/gitweb?p=cmake.git;a=log;h=4da4d0d7 > Or should the regexp be made less strict by changing to something like this: [snip] > This would still ensure that it's BSD licensed, but not insist on the "====" I must insist on the ==== dividers. Our copyright is placed on the modifications we've made since contribution. All original copyright holder/year notices are still present. If any author failed to include a notice upon initial contribution, he/she is free to submit a patch that retroactively adds notice of his/her copyright for the proper year range. -Brad _______________________________________________ cmake-developers mailing list [email protected] http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cmake-developers
