What is the "VTK format"? Doesn't cmake use plain doxygen format?
Perhaps it is better to ignore my initial response. I haven't generated
the doxygen pages in probably 10 years. I think Nicolas (CCed) got them
working about a year ago. The BUILD_DOCUMENTATION option enables it.
