Summary: CPackRPM fails on CentOS-based systems
Description:
On Amazon Linux 20110923 (a CentOS-based distribution), using cpack to generate
an RPM fails. rpm is not picking up _topdir, even though it is set in the spec.
The solution is to pass a flag to rpm defining _topdir. I'm attaching a patch
that does this.
