Hi,
Win flex-bison (http://sourceforge.net/projects/winflexbison/) is a
port of flex and bison for Windows, since GnuWin32 binaries
(http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages.html) are very old in the
meantime.
The branch at
https://gitorious.org/~paroga/cmake/parogas-cmake/commits/winflexbison
adds support for them to CMake.
