Something in this set of changes:

caused the OutOfSource test to begin failing:

on systems using VS 2010 or VS 2012 and the ninja generator.
You can see it on all the submissions from wok.neocisinc and
mirkwood.dlrsoftware that include that particular set of changes.
Sorry I didn’t notice it sooner. (And you guys should use ninja with one of the
nightly expected dashboards with a VS 2010 or VS 2012 compiler, too, probably.
If you can.) “wok” is a laptop, so it’s hard for me to submit a nightly. I’m
working on getting Nightly submissions from mirkwood working this week.
