Does anyone know what may cause the following error while running cpack with
the NSIS Generator on Windows (without anti-virus software running)?
CMake Error at C:/cdash/d3894f0-bin/cmake_install.cmake:65 (FILE):
file INSTALL cannot set modification time on
"C:/cdash/d3894f0-bin/_CPack_Packages/win64/NSIS/MyPackage-win64/share/i18n.db"
The file itself exists at the given path and the issue doesn't seem to show up
on Linux with DEB.
